Elementary Spring Concert 4/12

This Tuesday, April 12th, the Preschool - 5th Grade will perform their spring concert starting at 7:00 p.m. in the school gymnasium. All are welcome to attend!

The preschool, kindergarteners and 1st graders will be performing "Popcorn Parade" by Roger Emerson. Did you know that popcorn kernels that don't pop are called sleepers? In this musical play, the popcorn chefs work hard to get all of the kernels to pop! Songs include: "Popcorn Parade", "Popcorn Tonight", "Pop, Pop, Pop!", and "You Can Do It!".

The 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students are performing "The Wackadoo Zoo" by Jill Gallina. This fun musical play features animals from the Wackadoo Zoo who make sounds that are quite different than what they should. Linguistics professors from the university come to visit and try to correct the problem, but everyone finds out that being different isn't so bad! Songs include "The Strangest Zoo You Ever Knew", "A Smile Can Go a Long, Long Way", "Horrible Sounds", "Practice Makes Perfect", "Go Home, Professor, Go Home!" and "Different Means Special".
