Dear Florence/Henry Falcon family,

The first semester has come and gone in the Henry school district.  We have had a great year so far and are looking forward to continuing that trend in the upcoming months.  The year has been busy with many activities and student accomplishments.  This year we had very successful campaigns from both athletics and extracurricular activities.  We had a state cross country runner as well as a state qualifier from Oral Interp.  This year the student council also was able to produce a total of 455 pounds of food for a Thanksgiving food drive that was donated to a local food pantry.   Right before winter break the National Honor Society also ran a winter clothes drive that collected over 190 different clothing items ranging from coats to scarfs.  These items were donated to the Beacon Center in Watertown.   This next semester we have the opportunity for students to be involved in many extra-curricular activities as well as service projects that will be developed from the various organizations within the school.  We hope to see your continuing support as the year goes on.

Sincerely,

Philip Schonebaum

High School Principal
