E-Learning Days Instructions

Updated February 21, 2023

Elementary:

  • Staff have prepared e-learning days packets that were sent home with students.

  • Students are to bring back the completed work from these packets on our next school day.

  • Completed work shall be used to determine attendance on e-learning days.  Completed work means that the student was in attendance. Uncompleted work will be counted as an absence.

  • We will not be expecting staff to instruct students via zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. on e-learning days.  However, staff will be available to answer emails throughout the school day on every day designated as an e-learning day.

MS/HS:

  • Students are to complete work as assigned via Google Classroom and email on e-learning days.

  • Students need to check in with each of their teachers via email during scheduled class times.  If a student fails to check in with a teacher on an e-learning day, that will be counted as an absence for that period.

  • We will not be expecting staff to instruct students via zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. on e-learning days. However, staff will be available to answer emails throughout the school day on every day designated as an e-learning day.

  • Class schedules are as follows:

    • Period 1: 8:00 – 8:50

    • Period 2: 8:53 –  9:43

    • Period 3: 9:46 – 10:36

    • Period 4: 10:39 – 11:20

    • Period 5: 11:23 – 12:50

  •          HS Lunch (11:50 – 12:25)

  •          MS Lunch (12:26 – 12:50)

    • Period 6: 12:53 – 1:43

    • Period 7: 1:46 – 2:36

    • Period 8: 2:39 – 3:30

Every snow day designated as an e-learning day will be counted as a day in attendance, and therefore will not have to be made up at a later date.
