Your school has made the important choice of bringing The Energy Bus program onto campus. Based on Jon Gordon’s international best-selling book, The Energy Bus, the program covers the 10 principles to help unify everyone in collective, positive belief and common language. It is this belief that will help your school to collectively deal with negativity and focus on building a positive, engaged, and vibrant campus culture. Ultimately, this program will help your campus to achieve positive results as you shape and mold the next generation of leaders. Each month of the school year will focus on a different principle from The Energy Bus. This allows the staff and students to do a deep dive into each principle with discussions and campus-wide & classroom activities. These will come in the form of small group work, student presentations, and other fun, creative methods that reflect the various learning styles of students.

Additionally, your campus leaders will be part of a network of hundreds of other Energy Bus for Schools leaders. They will take part in a monthly coaching call with the author of the book and school leaders also using this program. Staff will be completing ongoing activities to strengthen their understanding of each Energy Bus principle.
