Students don't realize how much their behavior can affect the way they learn and how they learn it. Take my class, the freshmen, for example. We’ve had to write 3 essays on our behavior just because we keep acting up in class and not respecting the classrooms or the teachers. Teachers shouldn't have to assign us essays just for us to behave. Teachers do so much more for us than we realize.
Without our teachers and school we wouldn't be able to grow as much as we have over the years and our minds would be mush. Teachers shouldn't feel like they don't want to come to school just because of us. Most teachers struggle with their own mental health issues and we don’t consider them, they work hard to make us feel special, loved, and more intelligent every day.
We should return that favor and help clean up after our messes that we leave in the classrooms. Most of the time we leave their classrooms a mess for them to have to clean it up. We make them upset by always having to clean up after us as a classroom. We need to start behaving in class and respecting our classroom and teachers.
