Summer is on its way and summer ball will be right around the corner. Henry Park and Rec would love to have your kids participate in our summer program.
Registration will run from April 8th to May 4th
Please complete the bottom portion of this form and return to the finance office located at 111 Main Street by May 4th, 2026 if your child/children is interested in playing T-ball or Coach Pitch this summer.
